(This place is, in spite of the name, a renown pub; it got its nickname from the fact that it is the hang out of many young students in magical arts, this way it became more a meeting place than a fast food restaurant. Here you can find in rare instance some piece of magical equipment worth the sweat, but usually it's testing material or minor amulets)
